Terms of use

The short version.

Last updated May 27, 2026 · plain-language

Finisher is a private beta. We will not pretend it's a finished product, and we will not pretend you signed a contract you didn't read.

This page is a plain-language summary, and it is the current published statement of Finisher's terms. If fuller legal terms are published later, they will prevail where the two differ.

What Finisher is.

Finisher is software that helps you analyze and finish your unfinished music — it reads the arrangement, points at gaps, and suggests next moves. You upload audio you have the right to upload. We process it on EU servers and hand back observations and sketches.

Beta nature.

You're using software that is still being built. Things may break, change, or be removed. Finisher is pre-launch: access is invitation-only from the waitlist, and nothing is sold today. When paid subscriptions open, Finisher will be paid from day one — no free trial is planned. Features described on the landing page are design goals, not contractual guarantees.

What it costs.

Nothing is billed today. Finisher is pre-launch: there is no checkout, no subscription to activate, and no payment is collected from anyone. When paid subscriptions open, pricing and cancellation terms will be published here before anyone is charged, and cancelling will always be possible by emailing hello@finisher.lol with the subject “Cancel subscription”. To erase your account and data entirely, see Privacy (“Delete me”).

Your music stays yours.

Acceptable use.

Don't use Finisher to:

We may suspend an account that does any of the above. We will tell you why.

No guarantees.

Finisher is provided as-is, during the beta. No warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the suggestion at bar 24 will land a #1 on Beatport. Outcomes depend on the producer, not the tool.

Liability.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (lost income, lost contracts, the bridge you should have written sooner). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights you hold under Israeli or EU law.

Changes.

We may update these terms as the product matures. We'll tell you in-app and via email if anything material changes. If you don't agree, you can stop using Finisher and request your data be deleted (see Privacy).
